June Chen | Chairman of the Board | President and CEO
Holds master’s degrees in science and mathematics from the Liaoning University
of China and the University of Miami,
respectively. During her over 20-year career, Mrs. Chen has worked as a software
developer and actuary for a pension consulting company, a pension software
company, and a life insurance company. She joined IRM in 1996 as
director of underwriting and technical services, was promoted to
senior vice president in 2004 and appointed President and CEO in December 2007.

M. Alexiou | Barrister-at law
Is a member
of the Bar in England and Wales, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos
Islands, and a Director of Banque Privee Edmond de Rothschild Bahamas, Hang Seng
Bank Limited (Bahamas) & Hang Seng Trust Company Limited (Bahamas), and CFAL
Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colina
Insurance Limited in the Bahamas.

Is the President and Founder of CFAL and President of
the Nassau Guardian media group. With more than 24 years of experience in the investment industry, he is a Registered Investment Advisor and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He currently serves as a Director of Colina Insurance Limited, Colina General Insurance Agency, Ansbacher Bahamas Limited, AF Holdings Limited, Dolphin Capital Management Limited,
the Airport Authority of the Bahamas and the Nassau Airport Development Company.
He is currently a member of the government-appointed Task Force on Pension Legislation.
Lloyd Steinke | B
Math, FSA, FCIA
Is a
Strategic Consultant of IRM and a former Executive Vice President of
Munich Reinsurance Company in Canada and the United States with
responsibility for the general management of numerous functions
and geographic areas, including the Caribbean market. He has an actuarial degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Fellow of
both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. In 2006, he was the project manager of a team which was charged with developing a global strategy for Munich Re’s life business. He is a past President of the Canadian Reinsurance Conference.
